However, if you wish to exchange it for any reason, please send non-embroidered item(s) back to us with tags attached, and in original condition within 2 days from the date of delivery for exchange (No Refund) in accordance with the following terms & conditions.

• -Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) back to us, it can take up to 7-10 business days for us to receive your return. Upon receiving the item(s), we process all returns within 3 business days.
• -Items that have been washed, worn or embroidered cannot be exchanged.
• -The products should be accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
• -Products with offers or discounts may be replaced with the same purchase value or higher value within 3 days from the date of purchase
• -Original or return shipping charges are not refundable.
• -Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7 – 10 business days for us to receive your return.
• -You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• -Exchange on an item is allowed once with the same receipt.
• -Due to hygienic reasons no exchanges will be granted on the under scrubs and stethoscopes.
